A few things to note..

Check in after 2pm and check out before 12pm.

Prices from £20.00 per person per night, including linen, and continental style breakfast.

Maximum occupancy is 14 people. All rooms are ensuite. 50% non-refundable desposit to confirm booking.

All guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by an adult.Any room can be privately booked for families with prior notice.

Packed lunches and cooked breakfasts can be provided. There are limited self catering facilities but reasonably priced bar snacks and meals are available as well as a microwave and toaster in the guest lounge.

Please do not consume your own food or alcohol in the bar area – you will be asked to leave.

Unfortunately we cannot take bookings from stag or hen parties.

Please note all bookings require a credit or debit card number for security. Any damages will automatically be charged to this card.

Please respect the needs of your fellow guests and keep noise at a minimum especially late evening and early morning.
